- Agenda Item XIII. 1.: Strategic litigation discussions were held, following Massachusetts law, to protect the public body's position in ongoing and potential cases, including MCAD actions.
- Agenda Item XIII. 2.: The committee discussed addressing complaints against a public officer or employee, including open meeting law cases filed by attorney Fried and Mr. Reidy, and will provide an update on these complaints at the next regular meeting.
- Agenda Item XIV.: The public hearing announces adjournment of an executive session and asks Mr. Clark to call the role before a speaker expresses gratitude.
